Oh how I love Fridays!

So this weekend my kids go to their dad's house. Nick and I have plans for the whole weekend. Tonight we have a dance recital for Sarah's BFF then off to downtown Detroit for a huge party my brother in law is having at a bar down there. He used to be a popular DJ in these parts and is hosting a party that he is dj'g at. I am looking forward to it! Tomorrow I don't have to work which is great! Tomorrow night we are going out with some friends for drinks at our favorite Tiki bar. Today I start my period! Ok this irregular thing is driving me nuts. I used to be able to count a year ahead of time with them because I was so regular. Now I never know when they are coming. It is not a big deal being on it but it kinda hinders the carefree fun I may wanna have this weekend LOL.

In other news I am the mom that every one of my kid's friends tells all their problems to. I don't mind but sometimes it is tiring. Yesterday there was a huge fight between Marco's friend and his mom and I was in the middle. His mom calling me and him calling me. I didn't know what to do? So I did nothing LOL. I just kept saying how I wish they could work things out that was my escape. I love that all their friends come to me and feel comfortable coming to me but sometimes I know things I shouldn't. Marco went to his friends house last night to make cupcakes for a party they are having tonight. He came home all smiley and happy. He then said I am getting a ride to school tomorrow. I said who is driving you to school? He said her name but I don't know her but she is a junior. Marco is a freshman LOL. He was all happy with his bad self. The kid has a personality that you can't help but love.

Did I mention that my son is graduating in like 6 weeks!!!!!! OMG I am still trying to get a grip with that. I am so proud of him! I am also sad because he is a MAN! I remember when he was little I figured out what year he was graduating and it seemed so far way and it is here.

The weather is gonna be in the 80's all weekend! Woo Hoo I am gonna lay out tomorrow to get some sun on these nasty white legs. I hope you all enjoy your weekend!
